The Swan Hill Veterinary Clinic has a proud history of serving the community and surrounds for over 40 years. Dr. Bob Taylor came to Swan Hill in 1969 and worked with Dr. Dion Donalis. The practice was initially in the arcade in the centre of town. Mike and Bob hired an associate in 1988 to help cover the increasing workload. In 1994 a fourth veterinarian was employed to assist with the increased small animal demand. The practice under went major renovations in 1999 to doubled in size.
In February 2007 Mike’s two sons Tim and Ben came home to take over the practice. With the retirement of Dr Bob Taylor in 2007 came the end of the longest running veterinary partnership in Victoria. Mike continued to assist the boys for another year until Dr Anna Donahoo began her veterinary career at the Swan Hill Veterinary Clinic at the end of 2007.
Since 2007 the Swan Hill Veterinary Clinic has undergone many technological and facility upgrades to cope with the multi-faceted requirements of a modern veterinary facility.
